Introduction
The Winstar Casino Loyalty Program (“Program”) is operated by Winstar Casino. These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Winstar Casino and govern your participation in the Program. By enrolling or participating you agree to be bound by these Terms and any changes we make to them.
Eligibility
Membership is open to natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and can legally participate in gaming activities in Ghana. To join you must present valid, government‑issued photo identification (passport, national ID or driver’s licence) at our casino in Accra or Tema. Memberships are personal and may not be shared or transferred to anyone else.
Membership and Account
To participate you must register in person at Winstar Casino and obtain a physical membership card linked to your account. Your card and any associated PIN or log‑in credentials must be kept confidential; you are responsible for all activity undertaken using your credentials. If your card is lost or stolen please report it immediately; we will issue replacements but are not responsible for unauthorised use.
Points & Leveling
The Program awards two types of points. Status Points (SP) determine your loyalty level (Silver, Gold, Platinum or Black Elite). SP are non‑spendable and may reset annually. Reward Points (RP) can be redeemed for dining, hotel stays, entertainment and other experiences. RP do not affect your status level.
Earning & Redemption
You earn SP and RP when you play slots, table games, poker or participate in eligible promotions and events. To ensure points are credited you must present your membership card when playing or purchasing. From time to time multipliers or bonuses may be offered to higher‑tier members. RP may only be redeemed in person at Winstar Casino for qualifying rewards and are not convertible to cash (including GHS payouts). Points, benefits and rewards are non‑transferable.
Expiry & Reset
Status Points accumulate over each membership year and may reset at the end of the year. RP may expire if not redeemed within 12 months of being earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
Modification & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Program, or to adjust point earning rates, level thresholds, benefits or rewards at any time. We will endeavour to notify members of material changes. We may cancel a membership or void points if we determine that a member has violated these Terms or applicable laws.
Responsible Gaming
The Winstar Casino Loyalty Program is intended for entertainment. If you feel that gaming is no longer fun or you may have a problem, please visit our Responsible Gaming page or speak with a member of staff for assistance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from the Program shall be resolved in accordance with Ghanaian law.
General Conduct & Compliance
By joining the Program you agree to abide by all casino rules, gaming regulations and applicable laws. You must not tamper with machines, misuse your membership card or engage in fraudulent or disruptive behaviour. Winstar reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and may suspend or terminate membership, void points or refuse service if abuse is detected or if we believe a member is acting illegally or in a manner detrimental to the casino or other patrons.
Non‑Transferability & Card Use
Your membership card, points, benefits and rewards are for your personal use only and may not be assigned, sold or otherwise transferred to another person. Any attempt to do so is a violation of these Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your card and PIN; do not share them with anyone. Winstar is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your card prior to notification. Misuse may result in cancellation of points and confiscation of the card.
Privacy & Communications
Participation in the Program requires that we collect and process information about you. We will use your personal data to administer your account, award points, contact you regarding program updates and offer tailored promotions. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time without affecting your membership.
